Gary Growe has been requested by The Washington University School of Law to return as an adjunct faculty instructor for the 2015 fall semester. This marks Gary’s 11th consecutive year serving as an adjunct professor. Gary will be instructing in Pre-Trial Procedure, a seminar class devoted to teaching the mechanics of preparing a case for trial from the initial investigation and pleading stage, through pre-trial discovery, including successful techniques for the taking of depositions. The class is assigned a civil case fact pattern and each student assumes the advocacy role as part of the class.
